⚠️ Cancel Your Subscription First
Before you delete your account, make sure you cancel any paid subscriptions associated with your account.
Deleting your account does not end your subscriptions. You must cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion.
If you have an active subscription, your deletion request cannot be processed. Cancel your subscription first, then submit your request again.
How to Request
Send an email to upxsupport@gmail.com with the following subject line:
"Account Deletion Request - [Your Email]"
Replace [Your Email] with the email address associated with your UltraPix account.
What Happens Next
We will process your request and permanently remove your data within 30 business days.
Once deleted, this action cannot be undone. All generated images, account settings, and personal information will be permanently removed.
